Veterans Day - November 11
Post members spent the better part of the day fundraising at the Convenient Mart on Rt. 52, and Stewart's and Flory's on Rt. 82. At Convenient Mart, the participants were Kevin Hathorn, Dan Oberhauser, Tom Masch, John Call and Jim Broughton. At Stewart's, it was Jim Reynolds, Joe Ryan, Bob Logan, Len Hart and Jeff Miedowski,. Collecting at Flory's were Bruce Coneeny, John Polasko, Don Burns, Bill Meyer, Norm Dauerer (with Jeep) and Bill Kriebel. Also helping out were two Roy C. Ketcham High School students, James Birrittella (Stewart's) and Matthew Blanke (Flory's).

Avalon Assisted Living Center - November 9
At noon on November 9th officers John Call, Jim Reynolds and Lance Ashworth joined residents of The Avalon Assisted Living Center for lunch. The Avalon has chosen our Post for their annual fundraiser. Later this month Commander Reynolds will return to the Avalon to accept a check which will represent the proceeds of individual donations matched by The Avalon.
